TRIO™ method provides a supportive space for individuals to explore and enhance their overall well-being, while also being a valuable tool for personal development, improving relationships, and coping with life's challenges.
If you have a diagnosed mental disorder, and you're not being able to cope with it, TRIO can be a plus for you but we strongly advise you to seek for clinical health support at the same time.

Online sessions do not fit with this approach goals. Nevertheless if it's a limit for you in terms of distance we can evaluate together the feasibility of an hybrid set.
